We are currently looking for an IT Process Manager for Agile Transformation (m/f/d) for the IT & Organisation department of swb AG on a permanent and full-time basis .

You'll do this with us

• You will support the further development of existing IT structures towards agile and service-oriented teams.
• In this role, you will support the development of clear service responsibilities, roles, decision-making areas and interfaces.
• Supporting teams in taking on more responsibility and continuously developing collaboration and a learning culture
• You will support the introduction and further development of modern working methods.
• Through transparency, open exchange and continuous improvement, you strengthen the collaboration between IT and business departments.
• You envision that changes are not only introduced, but also lived in everyday work life.
• Existing collaboration models will be further developed jointly with all stakeholders.

This is what you bring with you

• You have a completed degree in one of the relevant fields (e.g., computer science, business informatics, economics) or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in supporting change or transformation processes
• You have a sound understanding of agile collaboration and service-oriented organizational structures.
• Practical experience with Scaled Agile frameworks, e.g., SAFe
• You have experience working with IT teams, managers, and specialist departments.
• You can explain complex issues in an understandable, clear, and audience-appropriate manner.
• Your profile is characterized by a structured, solution-oriented and reflective approach to work.
• You enjoy giving people guidance and improving collaboration.
