We’re currently looking for an experienced IT Purchase Manager who can not only manage procurement and logistics efficiently, but also develop processes, build long-term supplier relationships, and implement best practices in an international environment. What You Will Work On:

• Planning IT purchases based on employee requests and analysis of equipment and consumables stock.
• Participating in the selection of specifications for various types of equipment.
• Placing orders for equipment, devices, and consumables; securing the best purchasing conditions (developing supplier relationships, searching for new vendors). Purchases are made in different countries depending on the location of company offices or employees.
• Purchasing and renewing various IT services and subscriptions, including those related to equipment.
• Keeping records of purchased and used equipment, devices, services, and consumables; providing reports.
• Participating in equipment inventory processes.
• Liaising with service centers for the repair of equipment and office devices.
• Monitoring the submission of primary (supporting) documentation.
• Managing equipment logistics to various offices and locations, including international shipments; organizing and controlling deliveries; coordinating with related departments to handle shipment procedures.
• Handling claims with manufacturers and suppliers in case of contract breaches; overseeing settlements related to such claims; negotiating amendments to existing contracts.

What We Expect:

• Secondary specialized education or higher (technical).
• At least 3 years of experience in IT procurement in a mid-sized or large company.
• Solid knowledge of PC/laptop/server hardware, modern gadgets, and networking devices.
• Skills in purchasing equipment anywhere in the world.
• Experience in purchasing and renewing IT services/subscriptions, including those related to equipment.
• Experience in business correspondence and effective negotiations.
• Knowledge of key players in the hardware and device market.
• Experience in contract signing and participation in contract approval processes.
• Experience in international equipment logistics and handling claims.
• Experience working with primary documentation.
• English proficiency at Upper Intermediate level or higher. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
