We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Software Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, the QA Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of software products through comprehensive testing and validation. The ideal candidate will have strong development experience in coding frameworks and languages, including Python, C#, Swift, Angular, and JavaScript., allowing for a deeper understanding of the software development lifecycle and more effective testing strategies.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

• In addition to the computer skills listed above: MS Office Productivity Tools (Word, Excel. Outlook, PowerPoint) SharePoint, and knowledge of EHR systems.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

College degree (4 years). Two years related experience and/or training preferable; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

· Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases
· Perform thorough testing of software products, including manual and automated testing
· Identify, document, and track defects and issues through to resolution
· Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and design test strategies
· Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and potential quality issues
· Develop and maintain automated test scripts using best practices
· Conduct performance, security, and usability testing as needed
· Stay current with industry trends and best practices in QA and software development
· Must abide to all HIPAA, Confidentiality and Privacy laws.
· Handles customers concerns in a helpful and objective manner.
· Must assist in maintaining area organized, clean.
