Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3-5 years of recruiting experience, with a preference for experience in IT
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; strong organisational and time management abilities; and the capacity to make independent decisions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations, and familiarity with a variety of sourcing avenues and interview techniques
Responsibilities
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilise diverse search methods to build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates for IT industry.

  • Client Engagement: Develop and nurture strong relationships with leading clients, understanding their unique recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.

  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their recruitment needs and expectations. Provide regular updates, address any concerns promptly, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Candidate Experience & Recruitment Process: Design and implement exceptional candidate experiences to enhance our employer brand. Manage the entire recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting phone screenings, facilitating interviews, extending offers, negotiating employment terms, and ensuring a seamless transition through onboarding.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on recruiting trends and best practices, leveraging innovative methods to attract top talent.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment processes comply with employment laws and regulations
