Utilize various channels to attract candidates. Conduct initial interviews with candidates. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in recruiting for technical vacancies. Experience in the IT industry. Proficiency with recruiting channels and tools. Experience with sourcing tools. Ability to multitask and process large amounts of information. Skills in data collection and analytics.
