IT RECRUITER - INTERNSHIP:

We are looking for an HR Recruiter for an internship to support our team in recruitment and selection activities. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for human resources and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in humanistic courses or related fields.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CV databases.
Good knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Internal Recruiting Team to cover hiring needs.
Draft and update job descriptions.
Post job ads on various online channels (company website, social media, job portals).
Screen applications received.
Conduct phone and in-person interviews.
Maintain an updated candidate database.
