Job Description Leading full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, identifying, evaluating, closing) Collaborating with hiring managers on role definition, pipeline calibration, interviewing preparedness, candidate assessment, and decision-making Creating and posting vacancies at different professional resources Proactively developing and executing candidate-generation strategies and ideas using all available recruiting tools Monitoring job market Taking part in PR events (job fairs, conferences, user groups, etc.) Preparing recruitment reports Maintaining candidate database Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in recruitment at international companies Experience in negotiating with management Good knowledge of the IT market, its players, salary ranges, and market tendencies Good skills in candidate search and selection, including direct sourcing Good knowledge of full cycle recruitment process Сomprehensive understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process Experience in applying and fine-tuning processes for quick and smooth operation At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English Additional Information Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage complex relationships and difficult conversations Proactive and result-oriented person Strong networking skills
