IT Recruiter – SAP & Non-SAP staffing About the Role: We is seeking a high-impact IT Recruiter to support and grow our SAP and Non-SAP body shopping (IT staffing) business across India, US and UK markets. This role is ideal for a professional who combines strong recruitment capabilities with client engagement and a revenue-oriented mindset. The position offers a stable fixed salary along with performance-linked incentives. Required Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment and staffing • Strong understanding of SAP and Non-SAP technology landscapes • Experience with contract staffing / body shopping models • Exposure to US and UK hiring markets and time zones • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for contract, C2H, and permanent roles • Maintain a ready resource pool (3–10 years experience) across SAP and Non-SAP technologies • SAP skills: S/4HANA, ABAP, FICO, MM, SD, BTP, Basis, Security • Non-SAP skills: Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, Cybersecurity • Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and consultant deployment • Maintain accurate resource availability, skills inventory, and rate cards Why should you join us?
