We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate how you built your own client base, developing and bringing new business onboard.
• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and job advertisements.

Requirements:

• Experienced in managing a full 360 recruitment life cycle, from Client Qualification to Candidate qualification and onboarding.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrable Recruitment Skills and Billing record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a methodical manner.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Description: As a Contract Market Consultant, you will play a key role in the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing client relationships. Pay: £25,420.00-£67,620.00 per year
