QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
• At least 2 years of work experience in same field of work.
• Experience in IT project management.
• Experience in requirements analysis and documentation.
• Knowledgeable in conducting User’s Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT).
• Knowledgeable in preparing User’s Manual and training materials.
• With data analysis and advance skills in MS Excel.
• An analytical mind with problem solving abilities.
• Amenable to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.

• Conduct overall IT Project Management.
• Analyze and document IT project requirements.
• Conduct User’s Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT).
• Resolve issues related to the network.
• Prioritize and manage the workflow.
• Prepare User’s Manual and training materials.
• Keep track of system issues and adhere to the agreed timeline until an issue is resolved.
• Communicate and present project updates and issues to leaders and stakeholders.
• Maintain procedural documents and reports.
• Ensure proper documentation of all issues.
• Prepare prompt, accurate reports.
• Directly Reporting to IPI Operation Supervisor/Marketing Representative
