YOUR NEW ROLE:

• Guide IT stakeholders to ensure consistent adherence to the Issue and Incident Management process.
• Support IT stakeholders in conducting IT Risk and Control Assessments, offering practical advice and oversight.
• Assist IT Risk Manager in embedding sound IT risk practices across the divisions.
• Prepare, validate, and analyse IT risk and control indicators to support accurate and insightful risk reporting.
• Coordinate regular reviews and updates of IT policies, standards, and guidelines to maintain compliance and relevance.
• Enhance the quality and reliability of IT risk reporting by implementing data validation checks and leveraging automation opportunities—such as Power BI—to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
