The IT Risk Manager plays a key role in supporting the identification, assessment and mitigation of Technology related risks within Julius Bär YOUR CHALLENGE Support the Head of IT risk in day-to-day coordination and strategic initiatives Support the maintenance and regular review of IT risk related policies, procedures and standards Conduct risk assessments and support risk mitigation planning across IT projects and operations Maintain risk registers and contribute to regular risk reporting to management and governance bodies Maintenance of technology risk related control catalogue and ensure implementation of technology related controls Assist in monitoring, validating control activities, including periodic testing and documentation Assist in overseeing central and decentralized IT departments to ensure compliance with technology risk management standard Contribute to completion of audits and follow up actions Collaborate with various IT and business units to ensure consistent application of technology policies and procedures YOUR PROFILE Understanding of IT risk and governance frameworks (e.g. ISACA / COBIT) Familiarity with audit processes and compliance requirements Ability to gather, analyse and interpret data for reporting purposes Experience with dashboard and management reporting tools Strong, written and verbal communication skills to liaise with IT stakeholders and internal and external auditors General understanding of IT operations and systems to contextualize Proactive in identifying gaps or risks in risk and governance processes Higher Education (University, University or equivalent) Very strong communication and presentation skills Very good German and English language skills (written and verbal) Very good understanding of governance and risk management lifecycle practices and processes Very high level on self-motivation to drive initiatives and initiating changes Willingness to bring in new ideas and initiate changes We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
