To support the company’s growth, we continue to scale our Supply Chain team and look for an IT & SaaS Sourcing Specialist to join our global Supply Chain Team. You will be part of ICEYE Indirect Sourcing team, with the main responsibilities of handling the daily procurement and sourcing tasks, and category management responsibilities for IT & SaaS along with receiving and logging received goods and services. In addition, you will be sourcing new vendors and handling contract documentation. You will report to the Indirect Sourcing Lead in this position. You will be working closely with the IT team. Requirements Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, IT administration Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Prior experience as a supply chain specialist, buyer, or similar role, particularly involving indirect procurement Basic understanding of IT equipment (computers, laptops, network gear etc), software & SaaS Strong team collaboration skills. Keen attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A customer service-oriented mindset. Organized and methodical approach to work. In addition to the above, it would be beneficial if you had the below attributes and skills: Prior experience as an IT sourcing specialist or buyer Knowledge in contracts, negotiations, or contract laws Knowledge in reporting and analysis What’s In It for You?
