KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS ROLE:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target markets.
  • Generate leads through various channels:
  • Channel 1 (Inbound Sales): Oversee SMM campaigns, content creation, social media promotions (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, etc.), and manage the lead generation process.
  • Channel 2 (Promotions): Lead promotional efforts at Networking events and other relevant activities.
  • Channel 3 (Outbound Sales): Supervise and manage cold calling team, ensuring consistent outreach and lead conversion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Present and demonstrate product offerings to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of new clients
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Managing and updating CRM database.
  • Managing customer meetings and scheduling.
  • Collaborate closely with the leadership team to create and refine sales strategies and pitches.
  • Be directly responsible for generating and closing sales opportunities.
  • Drive lead generation efforts, track results, and improve sales outreach strategies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s growth.
  • Travel for business-related work as required, with all expenses covered.
  • Oversee lead conversion and ensure proper communication with clients, guiding them through the sales process.
