SPECIFIC SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION

Experience: 5-7 years of proven success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the tech or enterprise software industry, with a strong focus on platform solutions (SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics), hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP), and Data & Advanced Analytics.

  • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and close sales, with a focus on both relationship management and new customer acquisition.
  • Technical Competencies:
  • Familiarity with platform solutions like SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience working with cloud infrastructure and hyperscalers such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.
  • Strong understanding of Data and Advanced Analytics solutions, including their application and business value.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and build rapport with senior decision-makers.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to create and execute strategies that drive sales growth, while managing customer expectations and fostering collaboration across teams.
  • Education: Bachelor of Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and a good understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape in the ANZ region.
