IT Sales & Business Development Executive Company: Voltzones.co.uk Location: Dubai, UAE (Field-based / Office supported) About Us Voltzones is a UK, Turkey and Dubai-based software and artificial intelligence solutions company. We develop websites, mobile applications, custom software projects, and AI-powered digital solutions. Our mission is to accelerate digital transformation for businesses and turn technology into measurable business results. Purpose of the Role This role represents Voltzones software and AI solutions in the field. The Business Development Executive will establish direct contact with potential clients, understand their general business needs at a high level, and introduce suitable digital solutions to create sales opportunities. This position does not involve software development, technical implementation, or project management responsibilities. Key Responsibilities • Identify and visit potential client companies across Dubai through field visits • Present software, website, and digital solutions based on business needs • Conduct initial meetings and create qualified sales opportunities • Represent the Voltzones brand professionally as the first point of contact in the field • Report field activities and customer feedback on a regular basis Required Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, business development, or B2B sales • Good command of English (Arabic is a strong advantage) • Suitable for active field sales and frequent client visits • Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills • UAE Valid driving license and active driver • Interest in software and digital solutions • Basic familiarity with technical concepts (no coding or development required) Preferred Qualifications • Sales experience in software, technology, SaaS, or digital agency environments • Previous experience selling websites, mobile applications, or digital services • Field sales experience in Dubai or similarly competitive markets • B2B sales experience with direct access to decision-makers • Ability to explain technical products in a clear and simple way to non-technical clients • Strong performance and target-oriented mindset What We Offer • Company-provided vehicle • Performance-based commission structure • High earning potential based on sales performance Candidates are expected to apply with their CV along with a short cover note explaining why they are suitable for this role.
