POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-drivenIT Sales Executive to join our Sales/Account Management team that serves one of our largest clients in finance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to drive sales growth. You will be responsible for identifying potential business from the client, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored IT consulting solutions to help them achieve their goals.

What will you do

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate IT consulting services.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Create contracts and follow through until signed by clients
  • Create invoices and ensure all invoices are paid on time
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, clients’ events and other networking opportunities to generate leads.
  • Commit to a sales and profit increase in the US market in line with the ambitious 1 year sales plan consistently
  • Ensure that all related IT/Technology services and projects are handled smoothly and on time.
  • Control financial KPIs and present general KPIs
  • Identify and report new business opportunities

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development in IT consulting or related fields
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and business applications, preferably in finance sector
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Experience in managing application projects preferred
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in contract management and billing system
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
