• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Technical, and Project Management) and external parties (Principals, Partners, and Distributors) to enhance client sales and implementation experiences.
• Assist sales teams and channel partners in preparing proposals, delivering solutions, and conducting pre-sales demonstrations.
• Develop strong relationships with partner organizations to ensure seamless collaboration and response to customer needs.
• Provide technical assistance, product education, and pre-sales support to customers and partners.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demonstrating solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Manage and execute consulting services, including Proof of Concept, installation, optimization, and migration.
• Coordinate and execute tender and quotation submissions, as well as other pre-sales materials.
• Influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders to support customer and organizational goals.
• Monitor pre-sales team activities and refine pre-sales processes.
