FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a dynamic and growing company that offers IT and EPOS solutions for small to medium sized business. You will play a key role in driving client revenue whilst managing a number of IT/Epos Accounts across the West Midlands. You will be responsible for nurturing and expanding our client base by developing a strong grasp of existing and new client’s technological needs and driving subsequent opportunities through to close.

Responsibilities
  • Regular account review’s, reviewing company performance across our support ticketing system
  • Maintaining a deep knowledge of our product and service offerings, keeping up to date with industry news and trends. A strong interest in technology hardware and software solutions is key here.
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities, owning the sales cycle from generation to close. Some of these leads are generated via our technology partners – but having a strong existing network will help in this role.
  • Research and identify new customer opportunities
  • Attending trade shows and networking events, to generate new business and to broaden and deepen your network of contacts.
  • A reasonable level of literacy and numeracy, following up with clients in a concise manor. Some experience of project lifecycles would be advantageous.
  • Keeping company quotes/estimates lists up to date with changes daily to any live opportunities. Must have a good understanding of sales lifecycle and be mindful of this when dealing with clients.
