JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and fostering relationships with clients in a B2B environment. This role requires strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for technology sales. The Sales Representative will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive business development.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or related fields such as telemarketing or inside sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Familiarity with technology sales and an understanding of technical products is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and customer service.
  • Conduct telemarketing initiatives to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on sales performance.
  • Engage in inside sales activities, including presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that align with customer needs.
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and effectively communicating benefits to clients.
  • Participate in business development efforts to identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Communicate fluently in English, with Spanish language skills being a plus, to cater to a diverse clientele.
