Job Description THE POSITION: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and hands‑on development experience using Apex, Lightning Components, and integration frameworks. The ideal candidate must hold Platform Developer I and II certifications and be capable of building scalable, high‑quality Salesforce solutions. Experience in Health Cloud is a strong advantage. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by: Design, develop, test, and deploy high‑quality Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL. Implement and customize functionalities across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud based on business requirements. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or integration tools. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security protocols. Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting issues. Maintain accurate technical documentation, including configuration steps, deployment documents, and design specifications. Support deployment activities and provide post‑release support as needed. Work closely with QA and product teams to ensure seamless delivery of features and enhancements. All other duties as assigned. EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB:
