REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering/Networking or equivalent
  • Very good knowledge of Maritime Satellite communications systems (VSAT, FBB, Fleet Family, Iridium)
  • Experienced in marine industry’s working environment
  • Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, Networking, Firewall technologies and server administration
  • Fluent in English
Responsibilities

We are looking for enthusiastic and creative IT and Satellite Communications Field Services engineer to be part of our growing team. You will be a member of our Field Service Management Team that provides five-star customer service and promotes this idea throughout the organization. The goal is to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, retention and meet customers’ expectations. Your focus will be on providing technical installations to customers, specifically Marine vessels located internationally in ports.
This role requires business travel at least 50% of the time.
