As the IT & Security Analyst, you will:

• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of hardware, software and other solutions for CloudKettle team members
• Research and provide advice on software updates and improvements in CloudKettle’s existing tech stack to leverage and deploy new features or security measures.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support to team members.
• Provide advice on protocols and solutions for the use of IT across the company
• Monitor system and network performance
• Perform maintenance activities like updates and upgrades
• Ensure IT documentation is kept up to date
• Follow security procedures for the use of IT resources
• Assist in CloudKettle adherence to SOC 2, HIPAA, and other compliance frameworks
• Administer Jira and Salesforce software as required
• Conduct Functional Testing on software customizations prior to it being delivered to clients for User Acceptance Testing
• Participate in team meetings to communicate status and give recommendations
• Provide training and awareness programs for employees on security best practices
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives, and collaborate with other departments as necessary
• Keep up-to-date with emerging security technologies and threats, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
• Perform other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned
