Description Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Senior IT Manager to join our team. This role oversees multiple IT domains through subordinate managers, leads large scale modernization efforts, and partners with senior leadership to shape long term technology investment and governance. The ideal candidate is a strategic technology leader responsible for setting the organization’s IT direction, driving enterprise level initiatives, and ensuring that systems, infrastructure, security, and applications align with business goals. Job Responsibilities: Strategic Scope and Oversight Define IT strategy and roadmap for the business unit or enterprise, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Oversee multiple IT functions—infrastructure, applications, security, support—through managers and technical leads (not hands on operational work). Core Responsibilities Plan and execute major initiatives, including cloud/digital transformation, large system upgrades, standardization, and process maturity programs. Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, and architectures related to security, compliance, and continuity. Monitor organization-wide system performance using KPIs; drive continuous improvement, resilience, and risk reduction. Leadership and Team Management Lead and mentor multi-team groups (often 10–20+ staff), setting priorities, development plans, and performance measures. Act as key IT partner to executive leadership, influencing budgets, investments, and enterprise technology decisions. Requirements Qualifications needed to perform this position: Broad leadership experience managing multiple IT domains and managers. Proven success delivering large, cross-functional IT initiatives (cloud, modernization, cybersecurity programs). Strong competency in IT governance, policy enforcement, compliance, and risk management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with senior business executives. Demonstrated ability to manage large teams, budgets, and long-term technology planning. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has supervisory responsibilities.
