KidSTART Singapore Ltd. (KSL) was incorporated as a Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG) under the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) in Sep 2020 to implement the KidSTART programme nationwide. The KidSTART programme provides upstream support to children from low-income families in the areas of early childhood development, health and social support.

DESCRIPTION

You will join the Data, IT and Systems (DIS) team to manage and maintain the organisation’s IT security infrastructure to safeguard our information assets and shape the future of our technological environment. The IT Security & Architecture Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the security, resilience, and scalability of our IT systems. You will be responsible for cybersecurity governance, compliance, and audits, while designing enterprise architecture that integrates our IT environment with cloud platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain IT security policies and Enterprise Architecture across Microsoft 365 and cloud systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Oversee security monitoring, risk assessments, incident response, and audits. • Lead the development of future state Enterprise Architecture domains (data, technology, security).

  • Ensure IT systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with organizational needs.

• Advise senior leadership on emerging technology risks and solutions. • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure secure and efficient IT operations.

COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) and IT governance frameworks such as COBIT or ITIL
  • Professional certifications such as SSCP (Systems Security Certified Practitioner), Security+ from CompTIA, or Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect are an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in IT security, Enterprise Architecture, or related fields.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and meticulous with the ability to work independently and in teams
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 security tools (Defender, Purview, Intune) and Azure Active Directory.
  • Experience in managing cloud environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical risks into business impacts
