About Your Future Role In this position, you will: * Support the Security & Compliance Manager in daily activities and initiatives. * Contribute to the implementation and follow-up of security and compliance controls. * Participate in internal and external reviews, assessments, and audits. * Support coordination with IT, development, and business teams on security-related topics. * Assist with documentation, reporting, and preparation of compliance-related materials. * Ensure continuity of security and compliance activities when substituting for the Security & Compliance Manager. Here’s what we value: Essential Qualifications: * Hands-on experience in IT or information security, with a focus on systems, infrastructure, or networks. * Solid understanding of and proven track record of working with core information security and compliance concepts. * Strong knowledge of Linux environments. Alternatively, deep expertise in Windows environments is also valued. * Solid understanding of networking and system concepts, ideally gained through hands-on experience. * Strong analytical and organizational skills. * Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. * Fluency in English. Bonus Skills: * Experience working with audits or regulatory requirements. * Exposure to security, compliance, or risk management processes. * Interest in or understanding of IT systems and infrastructure. * Experience in regulated or financial environments. * Estonian language skills.
