IT Security Consultant (m/f/d)


Your tasks:


- Advising and supporting development teams in implementing modern security requirements for cloud-native applications

- Providing expertise in security architectures, security standards, and secure software architectures

- Analyzing, evaluating, and prioritizing identified vulnerabilities using established security tools

- Supporting penetration tests and conducting threat and risk analyses

- Ensuring compliance with current security guidelines, governance requirements, and compliance regulations

- Supporting the development, monitoring, and enhancement of relevant security metrics

- Contributing to the continuous optimization of the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (Secure SDLC)

- Working closely with interdisciplinary teams to sustainably improve application security


Your profile


: - Professional experience in application security, DevSecOps, or the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (Secure SDLC)

- Knowledge of implementing and developing security processes

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and the integration of automated security checks and quality gates

- Knowledge of SAST and SCA tools, including evaluation and prioritization Security findings

- Sound understanding of web services, APIs, and typical vulnerabilities and attack scenarios of distributed systems

- Ability to analyze, assess, and prioritize security risks and derive appropriate measures

- Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor when interacting with technical and non-technical contacts

- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style with a high degree of initiative
