IT SECURITY LEAD (M/F/X)

As IT Security Lead (m/f/x) based in Hanover or Gütersloh, you will be responsible for building and leading our global cybersecurity function in a logistics environment where operational continuity, data integrity, and secure digital processes are critical. You’ll define the strategic direction, scale an international team, and secure our IT-driven logistics infrastructure end-to-end. Are you on it?

• Strategy:Define and execute a global IT security strategy for a dynamic, technology-driven logistics environment with complex operational needs
• Leadership: Build and lead an international cybersecurity team, including hiring, coaching, and developing regional security experts
• Infrastructure: Secure critical logistics IT systems end-to-end—covering WMS, TMS, warehouse automation, IoT platforms, and ERP interfaces in both on-premise and cloud architectures
• Compliance: Ensure ongoing compliance with global data protection and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, TISAX) and lead audit readiness
• Protection: Design and implement security controls to prevent and detect ransomware, supply chain attacks, and unauthorized access across all IT layers
• Enablement: Drive security-by-design in collaboration with IT infrastructure, software engineering, and operations teams; lead incident response, awareness training, and vulnerability management programs
