IT Security Manager- Salary up to €100,000 - (Fluent German Needed) Location - Dortmund (Hybrid)

The Role

  • Conducting information and IT security assessments for newly acquired entities.
  • Auditing companies not yet integrated into IT systems to evaluate information and IT security processes.
  • Advising business unit information security officers on implementing central information/IT security requirements, including guidelines, processes, and procedures. Developing handouts and work aids in coordination with the central information security officer.
  • Managing the NIS2 GAP analysis centrally and overseeing the implementation of associated measures within business units, supported by external project assistance.
  • Ensuring adherence to the organisation’s information security roadmap. Documenting and communicating contractual, regulatory, and legal requirements relevant to the business areas.

Your Profile

  • Basic experience in information security (e.g., ISMS, ISO 27001, TISAX, BCM) is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with project management and strong communication skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Process-oriented mindset with an affinity for IT.
