WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide dedicated support to all departments within the CIS Division, working closely with department heads and the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
- Develop and implement resource planning strategies to ensure effective financial and capacity management across the division
- Assist department heads in planning and allocating financial and human resources, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with strategic objectives
- Prepare and maintain monthly financial forecasts to support budget planning, tracking, and reporting for all CIS departments
- Collaborate with the CISO and department heads to enable targeted management of security investments and ensure the financial performance of the overall security program
- Contribute to the strategic alignment of security investments by providing insights into the efficiency and effectiveness of resource utilization, while working closely with the Security Performance, Risk & Compliance (PRC) team and reporting directly to the Head of PRC
