Description:

They place a strong emphasis on sustainability, aiming to reduce the carbon footprint of its operations through the use of environmentally friendly transport modes like rail and barge.
The company is also involved in initiatives to improve the efficiency of supply chains and promote the use of renewable energy sources.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • You have a background in IT or information security, either through education or work experience.
  • You are a strong communicator, confident, and enjoy working in a team.
  • You have a good understanding of IT infrastructure, such as network systems, firewalls, and operating systems.
  • You have a security certification (like TISP, CISSP, CEH) and some experience in developing secure web applications and working with automated control systems.
  • You have a class B driving license
    IT Security Specialist- Salary up to €90,000- (Fluent German Needed) Location - Frankfurt, Heidelberg (3 days a week on site)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to protect important business assets by identifying risks and creating security goals.
  • Conduct assessments to understand potential risks and the impact they could have on the business.
  • Assist in implementing security measures and ensure they are effectively carried out.
  • Work with teams to develop and update security guidelines.
  • Support the information security team in creating guidelines and conducting internal audits.
  • Communicate risks and vulnerabilities clearly to all relevant stakeholders.
