We’re seeking someone who brings a mix of technical expertise, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for learning:

• Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Windows 10/11, and macOS, with a solid understanding of computer hardware and software
• Customer Service Pro: You excel at communicating with clients and solving problems efficiently
• Exceptional Communicator: Able to explain technical concepts clearly to clients and team members, both verbally and in writing
• Proven Experience: Must have prior experience in tech support or other IT-related roles
• Problem-Solver: You’re resourceful, adaptable, and love tackling challenges head-on
• AI Awareness: Familiarity with AI tools, their business applications, and the privacy and security implications of their use is an asset
• Driven Learner: You continuously build your IT and cybersecurity skills through hands-on experience and self-directed learning. A completed degree or diploma in a related field is an asset
