WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a UK-based, IT Senior Business Analyst to lead the design, development, and optimisation of systems that support our commercial and customer excellence functions. This role will be based within the United Kingdom and will require regular on-site presence at key UK locations, collaborating closely with business stakeholders based both in the UK and the wider EMEA region.
The IT Senior Business Analyst is responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, ensuring alignment with our broader IT strategy and commercial objectives. The role includes leading medium to large sized initiatives from inception to completion, while actively supporting technology deployments and digital transformation efforts within the UK and wider EMEA region.
