This position will report into SVP, IT and SCM. As a member of the SkyWater Information Technology team, the Sr. IT Manager, Enterprise Reporting and AI is a hands-on management role responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of business intelligent solutions, enterprise reporting and AI strategy and tools. You will lead a team to modernize our enterprise analytics and AI platform to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their data, reporting, analytics and AI needs and translate them into technical requirements, develop and deploy solutions.
Your role will involve creating data models, AI models, designing ETL processes, and developing dashboards, AI learning algorithms and reports. You will also be responsible for ensuring data quality and integrity, as well as optimizing performance. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data warehousing, data modeling, and BI tools, AI tools, AI models along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. This role will have significant input into new business intelligence and AI technologies and strategies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in IT Management position focused on running analytics organizations
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or data warehousing
• Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Proficiency in SQL and database/Big data management systems.
• Experience with ETL tools and processes.
• Experience in rolling out AI strategy across organizations.
• Strong AI application development, model and algorithm development and deployment experience.
• Strong data modeling and AI modelling skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with cloud-based BI solutions is a plus.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python or R is a plus.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Knowledge on CMMC and NIST standards preferred
  US Citizenship Required: This position will require the holding of or ability to obtain government security clearance which requires U.S Citizenship.
  The annual salary range for this role is $152,960 - $229,440. Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.
