In Application Support environment resolving complex issues raised internally by Emirates Group or External clients by analysing incidents and making recommendations to the technical team that will help reduce the number of recurring incidents. To ensure that IT service operations remain within agreed service levels and minimize the adverse impact on business operations by proactively monitoring identifying and highlighting issues and risks.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: QUALIFICATION:

7+ years of experience in Information Technology, specially in application support experience within an IT operational environment.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

  • Must have extensive proven experience in application support operations and environments of a similar size and complexity.
  • Experience of working accurately and confidently with service desk tools and technology, such as ITSM, remote access, knowledge resources
  • Technical & Professional Certifications (MCSE, MCP, ITIL foundation etc.) will be an added advantage.
  • Experience of delivering a high level of customer service
  • Demonstrable ability to think around issues and look at the wider picture in order to provide solutions through a variety of problem-solving techniques
