REQUIREMENTS
Reporting into the Channels Technology Lead for BaaS, as a Senior Project Manager you will be a key member of the BaaS Platform delivery team, utilizing your skills and experience to lead the delivery of Marketing and CRM (Salesforce) capabilities across multiple initiatives including Everyday Banking and Corporate Cash Management. The focus of this role is delivering high-quality outcomes and working closely with business, technology, and quality teams to maximize business value within expected timelines. Salesforce is a strategic platform supporting the digital service, care, and operations capabilities of the Digital care (Service and Operations) group.
The Senior Project Manager will support the Product Managers in delivering the strategic product roadmap for the Marketing and CRM applications including 10x and localization. Working independently to review and update existing processes, ensuring a robust delivery methodology (agile) is established and a continuous improvement model is implemented. This role will develop and maintain relationships with internal teams and third-party vendors/suppliers while maintaining an awareness and understanding of the future roadmap to align with BaaS’ key objectives so that the project investment is maximized.
