This position manages enterprise-wide projects including ERP migrations and upgrades, infrastructure implementations, cloud and cybersecurity initiatives, data integrations, business process improvements, manufacturing systems enhancements, mergers and acquisitions integrations, and other strategic projects as assigned. The Senior Project Manager works closely with business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. Duties & Responsibilities Lead global ERP implementation, migration, upgrade, and optimization projects. Manage infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology initiatives. Partner with business leaders to identify and implement business process improvements. Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and communications. Lead cross-functional teams, consultants, and third-party vendors. Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership by providing strategic recommendations, facilitating project governance, and driving decision-making for enterprise initiatives. Lead organizational change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, executive communications, adoption planning, and organizational readiness. Manage project budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditures. Support mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and business integration activities. Ensure projects meet quality, security, compliance, and operational requirements. Drive continuous improvement of project management methodologies and standards. Perform other duties and projects as assigned. Supervisory Responsibility Provides leadership and mentoring to project teams, project managers, contractors, consultants, and cross-functional business stakeholders without direct administrative responsibility. No direct supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of project management experience leading enterprise technology and business transformation initiatives. Minimum of 5 years of experience leading ERP implementation, migration, or upgrade projects. Experience leading global ERP migrations in manufacturing environments. Experience managing infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data integration, or enterprise application projects. Experience leading global cross-functional teams and third-party vendors. Strong project planning, budgeting, risk management, and vendor management skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. Experience presenting project status and recommendations to executive and C-level stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, and related project management tools. Fluency in spoken and written English is required. Preferred Qualifications PMP certification. Experience with JD Edwards and Infor ERP platforms. Experience in manufacturing and industrial environments. Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and business integrations. Experience with AWS cloud technologies. Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Improvement certification. Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
