Your role with us

As an IT Senior Support Specialist (m/f/d), you are the face and voice for our customers – ensuring their IT runs smoothly so they can focus on their core business.

You are the first point of contact, work largely independently, and always have the support of the entire team – with us, no one is left alone with a problem.

Here's what you can expect in the office/home office, by arrangement:

• Monitoring and intelligent distribution of incoming tickets within the team
• Acceptance and documentation of support hotline calls
• Independent handling of support tickets (first and second level)
• Tracking open processes and ensuring timely completion
• Hardware installation

...& in the field with our own fleet of vehicles:

• Fixed on-site attendance days at our customers' locations
• Hardware delivery and configuration
• Rapid emergency management directly at the customer's site

You are the conductor of our service desk and at the same time the savior in times of need – with 100% support and plenty of variety.
