Position Summary The Information Technology Senior Systems Analyst serves as a strategic liaison between business leaders and Information Technology teams to ensure technology solutions effectively support operational goals. This role is responsible for analyzing complex business processes, identifying system enhancements, coordinating with vendors, and supporting enterprise applications across WarHorse Gaming properties. The Senior Systems Analyst plays a critical role in system optimization, issue resolution, and alignment of technology standards with business needs. Key Responsibilities Partner with senior business and IT leaders to develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with functional business areas Analyze business processes and system requirements to recommend automated solutions that improve efficiency and performance Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of business systems, applications, and workflows to support organizational objectives Coordinate the design and implementation of technical solutions to address complex business challenges Gather and analyze user requirements through collaboration with business managers and end users Diagnose hardware and software issues and develop value-driven technical solutions Perform and coordinate system administration, maintenance, updates, and enhancements in alignment with business needs Serve as a primary liaison between system users, vendors, and IT teams to maintain strong working relationships Coordinate application enhancements and system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to operations Provide timely support during system outages or application issues impacting business operations Recommend hardware and software acquisitions to support operational and strategic goals Assist with system installations, upgrades, and ongoing support activities Lead knowledge-sharing and training sessions to enhance technical support team capabilities Serve as a lead IT resource for users, including report development, SQL query creation, and user training on data retrieval tools Qualifications & Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Ten (10) years of Information Systems experience, including demonstrated experience in systems analysis Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and system integration Experience with enterprise-class hardware and software systems Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical issues and implement effective solutions Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to gain credibility across functional teams Excellent time management, organizational, and analytical skills Proficiency in data analysis and SQL query development Work Environment & Physical Requirements Primarily office-based with regular use of standard computer and office equipment Ability to remain stationary for extended periods with occasional movement within office and operational environments Frequent verbal and written communication with internal teams and external vendors Occasional lifting of equipment or materials up to 50 pounds Exposure to secondhand smoke when supporting gaming property operations Schedule & Travel Full-time position supporting a 24/7/365 business operation Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday work may be required based on business needs Travel is primarily local, with required travel to WarHorse Gaming properties and occasional overnight travel Why Join This Team?
