Job Description Join our dynamic IT Operations team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service support across Retail Retirements. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about providing outstanding customer service. What you'll be doing: Providing expertise and resolution for incidents, requests and problems within agreed service levels Maintaining and sharing knowledge of systems and processes across the team Monitoring and reporting on service availability using appropriate tools Escalating issues that could impact service levels or cause extended outages Supporting change initiatives and adhering to change control procedures Contributing to disaster recovery planning and continuity testing Collaborating with third-party suppliers to ensure service delivery meets expectations Communicating effectively with stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes Qualifications Who we're looking for: ITIL Service Management certification (or equivalent) Experience in a service support role, ideally supporting multiple business services Knowledge of IT Service Management in an outsourced environment Familiarity with Agile delivery, Lean methodology and DevOps principles Hands-on experience with monitoring tools Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work collaboratively and share knowledge within a team Understanding of the Retail Retirements and Workplace Pensions industry and its regulatory frameworks Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
