As a IT Service and Device Analystyou’ll manage and support our IT devices, including laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile phones, ensuring smooth operations and excellent user experiences.

Your role will include:

• Handle service desk tickets, resolve issues promptly, and provide timely updates while using feedback to improve service quality.
• Maintain documentation, troubleshoot problems, and manage the lifecycle of devices, including upgrades and relocations.
• Contribute to key projects, plan for technology changes, and support tasks like LAN patching and asset transitions.

ABOUT YOU

We’re seeking a skilled and proactive IT professional to join our team. Ideally, you’ll bring:

• Service Desk Background: Previous experience in a service desk or device analyst role, supporting diverse user needs.
• Device Management Expertise: Ideally hands-on experience with tools such as Lansweeper, PDQ Deploy, WSUS, and SCCM.
• Technical Knowledge: A good understanding of Windows 10, Office 365, and commonly used productivity applications.
• Networking and Security Skills: Advantageous if you have a familiarity with networking concepts, remote access solutions like Cisco VPN, and robust security practices.
