As the IT Service Associate Manager, you will be reporting into the Nordic area cluster and being part of the Factory Operation Leadership team. Responsibilities include leading the IT team comprised of both internal and external full-time employees, managing the factory’s IT strategic planning to achieve business goals, ensuring IT governance and integrating global standards. Additionally, responsible for vendor management, overseeing infrastructure and system management, budget and asset management, as well as continuous improvement.

Building and delivering a master plan for the factory that meets both factory needs and global requirements.
Line manager to 2 direct reports (System Analyst and Infrastructure Analyst).
Managing with a dotted line a MWP and a Service Manager who are both consultants.
Being part of the operational leadership team in the factory.
Business analysis and project management.
Delivering key projects: Fix it Forward Voice over IP, GMES, OT Cyber 2, TnT Upgrades, and future digitalization of manufacturing (Tablets in production, PLC support via virtual machines).
Managing CAPEX and OPEX investments (OPEX run managed indirectly through SLM).
Ensuring delivery of global manufacturing internal audits.
