WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
The successful candidate will join our IT & Data at an exciting time, as we look to adopt a proactive service partnering approach to engage with our customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
You will be working with the IT Infrastructure & Service Manager to provide outstanding focused IT solutions to our work colleagues and customers.
You will provide 1st & 2nd line with high standards of customer service to ensure our colleagues IT issues are dealt with in a professional manner ensuring they are kept up to date and working with other IT teams if needed to resolve issues & requests.
This is a fast paced role, so ideal for someone who can learn quickly, be organised and able to prioritise work effectively.
The role involves;

You will enjoy a 37-hour working week and earn an annual salary of £31,248 per annum dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience.
