We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IS Delivery Manager – ANZ to join our ASPAC Information Services & Communication Technology Team. The IS team is looking for a talented individual who can build strong partnerships with business teams across the region and deliver transformation projects for and from the ASPAC region. This role will also be a key support for both Communication & Information Services activities. This is a full time permanent role, based in Sydney reporting to the Senior Director Information Services (ASPAC) based in Shanghai.
REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant computer science Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of industry or equivalent experience
- A seasoned professional with a wide range of IS and communications experience who can demonstrate creative ways to resolve complex issues
- Significant technical expertise with a broad range of software and communication applications
- Strong experience partnering with external suppliers/partners to deliver and improve day to day service to internal customers
- Strong knowledge of workplace technology & experience in new user technology rollout
- Experience in SAP deployment for a manufacturing site is preferred
- Capability to influence global IS partners as well as internal IS team to drive continuous improvement with user experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and capability to build relationships with customers and users
- Experience collaborating with and influencing multiple stakeholders in a matrix and multicultural environment
- Demonstrated experience to work independently with remote peers and manager

Responsibilities:
- Manages the Regional Business Account relationship for ANZ across both the bioMerieux commercial and manufacturing business. Ensures local Information Services and business stakeholders are aligned
- Aligns the global Group IS strategy and requirements with the practical demands of the ANZ business strategy
- Ensuring local needs are taken into account by building a strong relationships with site managers, local General Manager, CFO, and other local decision makers / stakeholders
- Provides primary IS and communication support for local IS business requirements in consultation with third party service vendors
- Promotes the use of IS and communication services, provide necessary support and drive user adoption of existing and new technology within the business
- Support and manage service delivery to ensure it is within budget expectations, manage hardware consumption/renewal and identify local business priorities in partnership with regional IS team
- Ensure IS and communication operational support in ANZ is delivered in line with contractual requirements by global supplier, manage escalation, drive better customer experience & satisfaction by working closely with global Service Managers
- Analyse existing IS usage trends, identifies bottlenecks, launches the required actions to improve processes and analyse existing tickets to ensure their quality and adequate follow-up, manages the interface with IS teams for issue resolution
- Provide technical support around complex IS and communication issues, troubleshooting and complex global system rollout to ANZ
- Drive user adoption and improve IS service quality & user satisfaction across ANZ
- Participate in and or lead local / regional IS service rollouts and upgrade activities
