SUMMARY:

The IT Service Delivery Manager serves day-to-day Information Technology (IT) needs of a team within Enterprise Payments. This manager will manage a team of developers, BSAs and QA members in an agile framework working on production support activities as well as business and discretionary work.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7+ years hands on experience in technology with mix of both development and production support
  • 5+ years experience managing and/or leading teams

Responsibilities
  • Identifies and develops relationships with business and delivery partners.
  • Assists in the development of strategy, planning, funding, and delivery of technology products and services to the assigned Business Segment and delivery partners.
  • Partners in developing /executing technology strategy and is responsible for end-to-end technology project execution including resource planning.
  • Responsible for financial transparency across IT (including initiatives and base operations) for assigned Business Segment
  • Involved with resource management, budget management, and prioritizing work
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
