Job Description We are seeking an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service delivery and project management to lead application delivery and support within our Corporate IT team. The role combines service delivery and project management responsibilities, with a strong focus on coordinating external vendors and supporting the transition of selected services to in-house delivery, while ensuring alignment with SGS’s technical and operational standards. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of application, being responsible for both their support & improvements (through projects), ensuring overall delivery quality. Lead internal functional & technical teams in supporting and developing complex business applications. Managing vendor deliveries for those outsourced applications & for fixed priced projects (ie: non-internalized work). Ensure the application delivery meets technical and operational standards including security, performance, and maintainability. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with architecture and security guidelines. Translate complex situations & topics into actionable plans and influence stakeholders across the organization. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience managing IT projects and service application support, with a solid understanding of project management methodologies and the full software delivery lifecycle. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into actionable items and effectively influence stakeholders at all levels. Nice to Have Technical background in application development or infrastructure. Experience with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps ITIL4 Certified Additional Information Why SGS?
