We are looking for a 1st line IT Service Desk Agent to join our busy and innovative team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone searching for their first IT role, or an experienced 1st Line Agent looking for a new challenge with an industry leader.
As a first line IT Service Desk Agent, you will play a critical role in helping us provide a seamless customer experience and ensuring that we continually surpass their expectations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring all incidents are handled in accordance with the SLA and KPIs.
Responsibilities:
You’ll be an excellent communicator with the ability to translate technical jargon in a way that customers can understand. You will be tech-savvy with an interest in IT and problem solving.
The following skills are desirable, however not essential, as comprehensive training will be given: Experience with Active Directory and Windows 10. As well as experience of outlook, multiple internet browsers, and Microsoft applications.
