Description:

Are you an experienced IT individual, looking to gain more experience in a Legal field? If so, Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to present an exciting opportunity within a globally known and market leading law firm, as an IT Service Desk Analyst.

The Responsibilities:

  • To log all incidents, queries and service requests within the IT system while carrying out initial diagnostics and liaising with both 2nd and 3rd line team as needed.
  • Answering all phone calls and web portal tickets.
  • To update and propose knowledge base entries.
  • To provide assistance to both the IT Admin as well as others with urgent tasks if and when required.

The Requirements:

  • 2 years experience with using and supporting MS products
  • Ticketing system experience
  • Remote access with either Citrix or VPN
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
