Description:
Are you an experienced IT individual, looking to gain more experience in a Legal field? If so, Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to present an exciting opportunity within a globally known and market leading law firm, as an IT Service Desk Analyst.
The Responsibilities:
- To log all incidents, queries and service requests within the IT system while carrying out initial diagnostics and liaising with both 2nd and 3rd line team as needed.
- Answering all phone calls and web portal tickets.
- To update and propose knowledge base entries.
- To provide assistance to both the IT Admin as well as others with urgent tasks if and when required.
The Requirements:
- 2 years experience with using and supporting MS products
- Ticketing system experience
- Remote access with either Citrix or VPN
- Flexibility in working hours
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
