Job Title: IT Service Desk Analyst
Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH)
Salary: Competitive
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: 40 hours per week (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Work Pattern: Monday - Friday
Start Date: As soon as possible

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • A genuine interest in IT and customer service.
  • Strong communication skills (via email, phone, and in person).
  • Problem-solving abilities and good time management.
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems (Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, Cisco VPN) is an advantage, but not required – full training will be provided.
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Service Desk Analyst to join our small but dynamic IT team. This role is responsible for managing IT incidents, procuring and installing hardware/software, and supporting the implementation of IT Service Desk best practices, including ITIL frameworks, KPIs, and SLAs.
No previous IT experience is required, as full training will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong interest in IT and customer service to develop their technical skills, with career growth opportunities in areas such as Microsoft, Azure, and IT infrastructure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle IT support requests from staff, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLAs.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
  • Escalate complex issues to third-party IT support providers when necessary.
  • Manage staff accounts and user permissions (Office 365, Active Directory).
  • Use the ticketing system to document and track issues, generating reports where needed.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and Infrastructure team to support new site and product onboarding.
  • Order and deploy IT hardware and software for end-users.
  • Analyze IT service reports to identify trends and potential problem areas.
