Role Overview PIC provides our customers with access to PICTraq, an online portal utilized by porcine farms to track and manage the genetic development of their breeding herd. This role aims to support these customers by quickly and efficiently resolving their issues and ensure the integrity of our herd genetic data. You Will Provide Tier 1 support for issues raised by web site users in China, the Philippines, Australia, and surrounding countries, and help with other regions as needed. Present to stakeholders reports on progress or support tickets. Participate in daily stand-up meeting with all Support personnel. Work multiple projects simultaneously. Train new users in PICTraq as well as existing users on new features in PICTraq Data Entry, as needed Travel approximately 5%, domestic and international Requirements A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a role involving customer support A minimum of 3 years of experience working in an international organization with geographically dispersed team members and users Willing to work in a fast-paced, culturally diverse environment, collaborating across multiple teams while also being able to work independently. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and prioritization skills Above average communication skills with the ability to bridge gap between business and technical Expert in data analysis Knowledge of livestock operation and SQL advantageous Business Overview Genus is an agricultural biotechnology pioneer.
